The address in this table is for letters and legal notices only. It is not a store, a showroom, a warehouse or a returns address: we cannot receive visitors or products there. A return needs our authorization by e-mail first, and the return address is sent to you then. It may be outside the United States. See Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
Before the shop opens
FACET is operated by a company now being registered in the United States. Its legal name, legal form, registration number and address, and the person who represents it, will appear in the table above before the shop takes orders.
Until the company is registered and online payment is set up, the shop does not take orders. You can browse the products and fill a cart, but the checkout page shows a summary only: no order can be placed or paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected.
How to reach us
Write to contact@facet-delta.com. A real person reads your message and answers it within 2 business days. Please include your order number if you have one. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.
What we sell
FACET sells everyday cookware and the few tools that go with it: 15 products, each in one color and one version, at one price. The only choice you make on the website is the size of the Glass Lid, one for each of our pans, at the same price for every size.
- Everyday Pan: an 11 in frying pan with a faceted honeycomb surface;
- Sauté Pan: a 10 in pan with high, rounded walls;
- Wide Pan: a 12 in shallow pan with two loop handles;
- Wok: a 12 in wok with a flat base;
- Deep Pot: an 11 in deep pot with two loop handles;
- Glass Lid: a tempered glass lid with a steel rim and a steam vent, in the size made for your pan;
- Titanium Board: a thin metal cutting board with a cut-out handle;
- Steel Board: an ultra-thin brushed steel cutting board with a grip opening;
- Walnut Board: an end-grain walnut cutting board with a juice groove;
- Rolling Sharpener: a knife roller and a magnetic angle block that holds the knife at 15° or 20°;
- Wood Utensils: six wooden cooking utensils and a holder;
- Mixing Bowls: three nesting steel bowls, 7, 8 and 9 in;
- Coil Scrubbers: three coiled steel scrubbers for pots and pans;
- Crêpe Pan: an 11 in flat pan with a very low rim;
- Pan Trio: three frying pans of the same shape, 9, 10 and 11 in.
All our products are imported. None of them is a toy. What each one is made of, as the maker describes it, and what we are still confirming, are on our Materials & Chemicals page. Please read our Care & Safety page before you use them.
How orders will work
- Currency: all prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping: Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
- Import duties: Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Sales tax: where it applies, it is calculated at payment and shown before you pay.
- Delivery area: the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. only. We do not deliver to US territories, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or outside the United States. See Shipping & Delivery.
- Delivery times: we prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 7 to 12 business days, so orders usually arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Every order is tracked.
- Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it.
- Refunds: to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return, or after we accept your claim when we do not need the item back.
- Cancellations: at no cost, at any time until your order ships. See Cancellations.

Payment
Online payment on this website is not open yet. Until it opens, the checkout page shows a summary of your cart only: no order can be paid, nothing is charged, and no personal or payment information is collected. Once it opens, this is how payment will work:
- Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- When you are charged: once, for the total shown at checkout, when your order is confirmed. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews and nothing is billed again.
- Card security: card details are entered on the secure payment form of a third-party payment processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card number. Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
- On your statement: the charge should appear as FACET KITCHEN, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please e-mail us first and we will tell you what it is.
Product safety
In short: pans, pots, lids and their handles get hot, so use oven mitts or a dry folded towel and turn handles inward, away from the edge of the stove. Never leave a pan or hot oil on the heat unattended. Never heat an empty pan on high heat. Keep children and pets away from the stove. Never put the Glass Lid over a flame on its own, and never put a hot lid in cold water. Keep your fingers behind the spine of the knife on the Rolling Sharpener, and keep its magnetic block away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and e-mail us with "Safety" in the subject line. You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
Trademarks
The FACET name and logo, the design of this website, and its text and images belong to the company that operates FACET or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Payment brands named on this website belong to their owners. We name them only to tell you how you will be able to pay. It does not mean any partnership or endorsement.
Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as described in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms do not require arbitration. We simply ask you to contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.
