Terms of Sale
Last updated November 4, 2026
These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") apply when you buy FACET products on this website. They are a contract between you and the company that operates FACET (its legal name, state, registration number and address will appear on the Seller Information page once it is registered) ("FACET", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept them.

Before the shop opens: the company that operates FACET is being registered, and online payment is being set up. Until both are done, the shop does not take orders: the checkout page shows a summary of your cart only, no order can be placed or paid, nothing is charged, and no contract is formed. These Terms describe how orders will work once the shop opens.
In short: you must be 18 or older, with a delivery address in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C., which are the only places we deliver to. Prices are in US dollars, with shipping and import duties included; sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at payment. Your payment method is charged once, when your order is confirmed. You can cancel at no cost until your order ships. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, under the food-contact rule explained in Returns and refunds, and defective, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded. We give no separate written warranty, and we do not take away the warranties the law gives you. These Terms do not require arbitration.
Who we are
The seller of FACET products is the company that operates FACET. Its legal name, legal form, registration number and mailing address are on our Seller Information page. E-mail: contact@facet-delta.com. Customer service is by e-mail only, and we reply within 2 business days.
Who can buy
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. At checkout, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
- If you are under 18, you cannot order.
- We deliver only to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C., as explained in Where we sell and in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
- We sell to individual customers, for their own use or for someone else's, not for resale. We may restrict the quantity of a product per order.
- Please give us accurate contact and delivery details. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it.
Our products and the information about them
- Product information: each product page shows what is in the box, how to use and care for the product, its main details and its safety information. Please read it, and our Care & Safety page, before you order and before you use the product.
- What we describe: we describe our products by what they are and how they are used: the shape and size of a pan, its handles, the honeycomb texture of its cooking surface, the juice groove of a board, the angle block of the sharpener. How food cooks, browns or comes away from a pan depends on the heat, the oil and the way you cook, and we make no promise about it.
- Materials still being confirmed: we describe materials as the maker describes them, for example "titanium, as described by the maker". We are collecting the maker's written confirmation of the materials and construction of each product, lab reports for our own units, and the chemical declaration that California law asks for, and we follow the laws of several states on PFAS in cookware. Until then, our product pages describe each piece as the maker describes it, and our Materials & Chemicals page lists what is still being confirmed.
- Cooktops, oven and dishwasher: which cooktops a pan works on, whether a piece can go in the oven or the dishwasher, and its weight or capacity appear on a product page only once the maker has confirmed them in writing. Until then, follow the care instructions on the product page and ask us if you need one of these details before you order.
- Images: the images on this website are digital renders of our products and of the kitchens around them, made to show the shape, finish and color of each product as faithfully as we can. The pieces you receive can differ a little from them: the honeycomb texture catches the light in its own way, the grain and color of the wood vary from one board or utensil to the next, and colors look different from one screen to another. The food, rooms, people and any other object shown in an image are not included unless the product page lists them under "In the box".
- Glass Lid sizes: each Glass Lid is made for one of our pans. You choose the pan it is for on its product page. A lid chosen for one pan may not fit another one.
- Origin: our products are imported.
- Not toys: none of our products is a toy, and none is meant for children.
Prices, sales tax and import duties
- All prices are in US dollars (USD). Each product has one price, shown on its product page. Every size of the Glass Lid has the same price.
- Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge.
- Our prices include import duties. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Our prices do not include sales tax. Where the law of the state you ship to requires us to collect it, sales tax is calculated at payment from your delivery address and shown as its own line before you pay.
- Where we do not collect sales tax, your purchase may still be subject to use tax in your state. Your state's tax department can tell you more.
- We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
Payment
Online payment on this website is not open yet. Until it opens, no order can be placed or paid and nothing is charged. The rest of this section explains how payment will work once it opens.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- When you are charged: your payment method is charged once, for the total shown at checkout, at order confirmation, that is, when you place your order and the payment goes through. Every order is a one-time purchase: nothing renews, and we never charge you again without a further order from you.
- Card security: payments are handled by a third-party payment processor that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Card details are entered on its secure payment form and travel encrypted over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card number or security code.
- Your card statement: the charge should appear as FACET KITCHEN, sometimes followed by a short reference added by the payment processor or your bank. If you do not recognize a charge, please e-mail us first, before you contact your bank, and we will tell you what it is.
- Currency: all charges are in US dollars. If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee. We do not charge one.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Orders and order confirmation
- Before you pay, the checkout page shows each item with its quantity and price (and, for a Glass Lid, the pan it is for), shipping as included, the total, how sales tax is added, the accepted payment methods and when you are charged, the estimated delivery, the delivery area, and how cancellations and returns work, with links to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Materials & Chemicals page. Please check them carefully.
- When you place an order, you ask to buy the products in it. Once your payment goes through, we e-mail you an order confirmation. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we send that e-mail. If it has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder, then write to us.
- We may decline or cancel an order before it ships if we suspect fraud, cannot verify the payment, cannot deliver to the address given, have reason to believe the person ordering is under 18, or if a product is not available. If we do, we tell you by e-mail and refund everything you paid within 5 to 10 business days.
- We send order confirmations, shipping and tracking e-mails, delay notices and other messages about your order by e-mail. You agree that these e-mails meet any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing. We send no marketing e-mails.
Pricing and availability errors
- We work to keep our prices, descriptions and availability right. If a price on our website is clearly wrong, for example far below the real price, we may cancel the affected items before they ship, even after we confirmed the order. We tell you by e-mail and refund everything you paid for them.
- If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we e-mail you with the expected shipping date, and you choose between waiting and canceling for a full refund.
Shipping, delivery and risk of loss
- Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. That stays true whatever the order contains, even if it ships in more than one package.
- We ship your order from our partner warehouse overseas within 1 to 3 business days after it is confirmed. Transit then takes 7 to 12 business days, so orders usually arrive about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates. Every order is tracked.
- If we cannot ship within the time stated, we tell you before that time runs out and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, as the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires. See Shipping delays and your right to cancel.
- Ownership of the products, and the risk of loss, pass to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you gave us. If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, we reship or refund it.
Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which is part of these Terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost at any time until it ships. E-mail us at contact@facet-delta.com with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line. What counts is when your e-mail reaches us: if it arrives before your order ships, we cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid, sales tax included, within 5 to 10 business days, even if our reply comes later.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return eligible items as described below. See Cancellations in our returns policy.
Returns and refunds
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return.
Pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils touch food, and Coil Scrubbers go inside your pans. Once they have been used, they cannot be passed on to anyone else as unused, which is why they come back for a change of mind only unused, and the scrubbers only unopened. This rule applies to a change of mind only: a defective, damaged or wrong item is always replaced or refunded, even if it has been used.
Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. Please e-mail us before you send anything: we reply within 2 business days with a return authorization, the return address and instructions. For each returned item, we refund the price you paid for it, plus any sales tax paid on it, to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the return. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy, which is part of these Terms.
Defective, damaged or wrong items
- Within 30 days of delivery: a product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect in that time, is replaced or refunded, as you prefer, even if you have used it. A missing item is handled the same way. If a replacement is not available, we refund it.
- How to claim: e-mail contact@facet-delta.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video. Photos are usually enough. If we need the item back, we pay for the return shipping.
- A broken glass lid: never mail it back. Broken glass can hurt the people who handle the package. Send us photos, and we replace or refund it without a return.
- Not a defect: normal signs of use, such as small marks or changes of color on the metal from cooking, and damage that happens after delivery, for example from a fall, a knock, a sudden change of temperature, an empty pan left on the heat, the dishwasher, or use against the instructions on the product page.
- After 30 days: if a problem appears later, please write to us anyway. The law of your state may still give you rights, as explained below.
Implied warranties and your rights
We do not give a separate written warranty for a fixed period. Every product you buy from us comes with the implied warranties that the law of your state gives you, such as the implied warranty of merchantability (that a product is fit for the ordinary purpose for which it is used) and, where it applies, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not disclaim them, and we do not shorten them. Nothing in these Terms or in our policies takes away or reduces any right that consumer protection, product safety or warranty laws give you.
Separately from the products you buy, the website itself and its general content are provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we correct errors when we find them.
Using our products safely
Please follow the instructions on each product page, any guide in the box, and our Care & Safety page. In particular:
- pans, pots, lids and handles get hot during cooking: use oven mitts or a dry folded towel, and turn handles inward, away from the edge of the stove;
- never leave a pan or pot on the heat unattended, and never heat an empty pan on high heat;
- never leave hot oil unattended; if oil catches fire, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid or a metal baking sheet, never use water and never carry the pan;
- keep children and pets away from the stove;
- never put a hot pan, pot or lid in cold water, never put the Glass Lid over a flame or under a broiler on its own, and stop using a lid that is chipped or cracked;
- keep your fingers behind the spine of the knife on the Rolling Sharpener, and keep its magnetic block away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices;
- keep a separate board for raw meat, and wash boards with hot soapy water right after raw meat, poultry or fish;
- if you have a tree nut allergy, ask your doctor before you use the Walnut Board;
- never put the Mixing Bowls in the microwave, and do not put any of our products in the oven, the microwave or the dishwasher until its product page confirms it can go there.
If you have a safety concern about one of our products, stop using it and write to us. See Reporting a problem.
Where we sell
This website sells only for delivery to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C., and nowhere else. We do not deliver to US territories, such as Puerto Rico or Guam, to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or to any address outside the United States. If an order reaches us with such an address, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid. We do not knowingly sell to anyone who plans to export the products. If you take a product out of the United States, you are responsible for following the rules of the country you bring it to.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, such as liability for personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product, or for our gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct. Nothing in them takes away your rights under the consumer protection and implied warranty laws of your state either.
Subject to that, and only to the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or the products you buy from us; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. If you live in New Jersey, the limitations and exclusions in this section do not apply to claims under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or to the extent New Jersey law forbids them.
Governing law and courts
These Terms, and any dispute about them or about an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
You may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction where you live, including small claims court, or in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If we ever need to bring a claim against you, we will bring it in the courts of the county where you live.
Resolving a problem
Problems are usually settled quickly by e-mail. If something has gone wrong, write to us at contact@facet-delta.com with your order number, what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 2 business days.
- Informal resolution first: before either of us starts a court case about these Terms or an order, the one who has the dispute sends the other a short written description of it: you to our e-mail address, we to the e-mail address used for your order. We then both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days after it is received. Any time limit for bringing the claim is paused during those 30 days, to the extent the law allows. Small claims court is open to you at any time.
- Card disputes and chargebacks: if a charge looks wrong, or an order has not arrived, please contact us first. We answer within 2 business days, and a refund from us usually reaches you faster than a card dispute. Nothing in these Terms takes away your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer. If a dispute is opened, we send the payment processor and your card issuer the order details, the delivery tracking and the e-mails we exchanged, so they can decide it.
- Government agencies: nothing in this section stops you from contacting a government agency at any time, such as your state Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission or the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
- No arbitration: these Terms do not require arbitration, and they do not take away your right to go to court or to join a class action.
