In detail

The Crêpe Pan is 11 in across, with a wide, flat base and a very low rim. Pour a ladle of batter, tilt the pan in a slow circle and the batter spreads thin to the edge.

A fine faceted texture covers the base; the outside is polished, with one long handle. With only a low rim in the way, a spatula gets under the crêpe in one move.

It is a weekend pan for crêpes and pancakes, and a weeknight pan for flatbreads and warming tortillas.

Looking after it

Care

  • Let it cool down before washing; never put a hot pan in cold water.
  • Wash by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For stuck-on food, soak it in warm water, then use a Coil Scrubber on the inside only.
  • Dry it right away with a soft towel to keep water marks off the polished outside.

Questions

Before you order

Something else? Write to us from our contact page. We reply within 2 business days.

Does it take a lid?

No. It has a very low rim and is used without one. The Glass Lid comes in sizes for our other pans.

Can I make pancakes on it?

Yes, and flatbreads, and warm tortillas. Keep the heat at medium and wipe the pan with a little butter or oil between batches.

Crêpe Pan or Everyday Pan?

Both are 11 in. The Crêpe Pan has a flat base and a very low rim, for anything you pour and flip. The Everyday Pan has gently sloped walls, for searing and eggs.

What is it made of?

Titanium, as described by the maker. The full material and chemical declaration for this pan will be published on this page and on our Materials & Chemicals page before the shop takes orders.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
