In detail

Six utensils in one warm-toned wood, with a holder to stand them in by the stove: a spatula, a slotted spatula, a spoon, a slotted spoon, a salad fork and a mixing spoon. 7 pieces in all.

The handles are smooth and sit well in the hand. Wood edges are kind to the honeycomb surface of our pans, so these are the tools we reach for to flip, stir and taste.

Wash them by hand, dry them, and stand them in the holder, handles down. When the wood looks pale or dry, rub in a little food-safe mineral oil.

Questions

Before you order

Something else? Write to us from our contact page. We reply within 2 business days.

What wood are they?

A warm-toned wood with a visible grain. We will name the species and the finish oil on this page once the maker confirms them in writing.

Can they go in the dishwasher?

No. Wash them by hand with warm soapy water and dry them right away. Never soak them.

Why wood with these pans?

Wood is kind to the honeycomb surface. Metal spatulas and whisks can leave marks on the facets, so we cook with wood.

Is the holder included?

Yes. The six utensils and the holder come together, 7 pieces in all, as one product.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
