In detail
The Glass Lid is a clear dome of tempered glass with a polished steel rim all around the edge and a knob on top. Put it on the pan and you can follow the food through the glass: the sauce bubbling, the steam fogging the inside, the moment the rice has taken in the water.
A small steam vent sits in the glass, and the rim comes down onto the pan with a soft click.
Each lid is made for one pan. Pick yours in the Fits picker: the 9 in, 10 in or 11 in of the Pan Trio, the 10 in Sauté Pan, the 11 in Everyday Pan, the 11 in Deep Pot, the 12 in Wide Pan or the Wok. Every size is the same price.

Care
- Let it cool before washing; never put a hot lid in cold water or on a cold, wet counter.
- Wash by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; never use a metal scrubber on the glass.
- Stop using it if the glass is chipped, cracked or scratched deep.

How to use it

Lift it by the knob with an oven mitt, tilting it away from you so the steam goes the other way.

Which size do I pick?
The one named after your pan. The Fits picker lists all seven: 9 in · Pan Trio, 10 in · Sauté Pan, 10 in · Pan Trio, 11 in · Everyday Pan and Pan Trio, 11 in · Deep Pot, 12 in · Wide Pan, and Wok lid · Wok. Each lid is made to sit on that pan, and every size costs the same.
I have two pans. Do I need two lids?
Yes, one per pan, since each size is made for one pan. Add the first size to the cart, then pick the next one: two sizes show as two lines in the cart.
Does the Crêpe Pan take a lid?
No. The Crêpe Pan has a very low rim and is used without one.
Can it go in the oven?
Oven use is not confirmed by the maker in writing, so please do not. Use it on its pan, on the stove.
What if it arrives broken?
Do not mail it back. Send us a photo at contact@facet-delta.com and we replace or refund it without a return. How returns work.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
