In detail
The Pan Trio is three frying pans of the same shape in three sizes: 9, 10 and 11 in. Each has gently sloped walls, one long handle, the fine honeycomb texture inside and a polished outside.
Use them together on a busy evening: the small pan for an egg or a sauce, the middle one for vegetables, the large one for meat or fish. Or let the small one become the breakfast pan and the large one the dinner pan.
The three pans come together as one product. Each takes the Glass Lid of its size, sold separately.

Looking after it
Care
- Let it cool down before washing; never put a hot pan in cold water.
- Wash by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For stuck-on food, soak it in warm water, then use a Coil Scrubber on the inside only.
- Dry it right away with a soft towel to keep water marks off the polished outside.
Step by step
How to use it
Before the first use, wash them in warm soapy water and dry them.
Use the small pan for an egg or a sauce, the middle one for vegetables, the large one for meat or fish.
Warm each one over medium heat before adding oil.
Hold the handles with a towel or an oven mitt once they are hot.

How does the 11 in compare with the Everyday Pan?
Both are 11 in frying pans with gently sloped walls and the honeycomb texture, and both take the same lid: "11 in · Everyday Pan and Pan Trio".
Can I buy one size on its own?
On its own, our 11 in frying pan is the Everyday Pan. The 9 in and 10 in sizes come only in the Pan Trio.

How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 12 business days in transit, so allow about 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation. We deliver to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because they touch food, pans, pots, lids, boards, bowls and utensils that have been used for cooking or food, and opened Coil Scrubbers, cannot be returned for a change of mind. A product that arrives defective, damaged or wrong, or shows a defect within those 30 days, is replaced or refunded, even if it has been used. A broken glass lid must not be mailed back: send us photos and we replace or refund it without a return. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; we send the return address by e-mail, and it may be outside the United States. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, we pay it. You can cancel at no charge until your order ships.
